How does the wish list work?

Using the wish list, you can easily send your product wish list to a colleague, friend or other interested party.

  • Click "Add to wish list" for the desired products. This can be done under any product.
  • When your wish list is complete, enter the email address of the person to whom you want to send the wish list.
  • Please also enter your own name. This way the recipient knows who has sent the wish list.
  • The recipient will receive your wish list as a link in their inbox and can edit it further.
  • On the top right-hand side of the screen, you always have direct access to your wish lists.

Who can I contact with a complaint?

You can submit your complaint to us by email at export@jf-international.com.

Then always mention the following:

  • A full and clear description of the complaint.
  • Please send us one or more photos of your complaint.
Complaints should be submitted to us as soon as possible. This also applies to (visible) transport damage. In addition, we ask you to note down the damage on the bill of lading upon receipt of the delivery.


How is my personal information protected?

JF International respects your privacy and ensures that your data is handled securely. Your data will only be used to process purchases and orders or to provide the requested information. Your data will only be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the completion of an order. Please see our privacy policy for the full privacy statement.
