Whereas a traditional gymnastics mat is mainly used for jumping and rolling exercises, the unique hexagon graphic offers endless new practice opportunities. From rolling and landing to wrestling and aiming, the mat invites creative and varied exercises in the gym, sports club, or even physiotherapy.
