This mat is used in front of the springboard to support the hands on rondat vaults. Use of our handy mat is allowed at official FIG competitions. This mat is also very useful as a support during methodical training. Ideal for use with rondat vaults, beam and bar exercises. Made of skin-friendly, washable material.
